MuTra Journal is an international forum for innovative thought in translation and interpreting (T&I). It is an off-spring of the EU-sponsored Marie Curie high-level scientific MuTra Conference Series 2005 - 2007 and publishes original studies on multidimensional translation phenomena, problems, concepts and methodologies. Its aim is to promote a shared ground in all forms of translation and interpreting, including audiodescription, subtitling and discourse interpreting and to provide an economical, quickly accessible and high-quality resource. MuTra Journal will appear in thematic volumes. It is peer-reviewed and available in printed and on-line form. To ensure a wide readership it is published exclusively in English. Our foremost attention is on quality of thought, scholarly methodology of research and academic writing.
